Attention all users: The Bathurst Cycling Club Calendar is changing all the time.
Changes occurs after reviewing incidents and potential clashes at each month’s club meeting. The calendar is initially designed more than 12 months in advance to submit to the council’s LTC meeting, yet with CNSW’s program of events not compiled at that time, clearly changes will be made as the state calendar come to hand. PLEASE talk care whenever copying the Calendar that the information you are using is up to date. Remember to check the Version No. and always check the latest information from the calendar, from the Members Forum.
Members Roster:
Please note all members that ride the road are required to take their turn on the signs Roster
Please note that changes to the roster have been made from the original roster posted in February. Changes have only been made due to requests made to Rosemary Hastings. Remember if you are unable to do your rostered day then the responsibility is on you to find a replacement and then inform Rosemary on 6334 4053.
Guidelines
All Signs stored at 22 Church Street, Perthville, allow plenty of time to safely put out the signs, refer to the Calendar and Latest News on the clubs web site.
Signs need to mark all sections of road used by Bcc events.
The signs are used as “re enforcement” that an event is taking place, hence the general rule is that a sign should be placed approximately every 5kms on the course (taking into consideration the Permanate sign which must be opened).
Signs can be double sided but but please be mindful what is facing the on coming traffic, and the direction of the event.
